  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Standard orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Pre-Order Items: Pre-orders require 4–6 weeks for production, plus an additional 1–2 weeks for shipping. We are committed to meeting these timelines, though seasonal demand, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays, which will be communicated promptly.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, while international orders may be shipped via USPS, DHL, or UPS, depending on the most efficient and reliable carrier for your location.

Complimentary Domestic Shipping

  • We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping on orders exceeding $100.

Customer Responsibility for Accurate Shipping Information

  • We kindly remind customers to verify that all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate. This includes:
    • Reviewing the full address, including the recipient's name, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and any other relevant details.
    • Confirming that all information is current to help ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Additional Costs and Consequences for Address Corrections

  • In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, any additional costs or delivery complications will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs may include:
    • Return Shipping Fees: If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any associated return shipping fees.
    • Re-shipment Fees: Should a package need to be re-shipped due to a returned or misdirected delivery, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipment costs.
    • Address Correction Fees: Any fees assessed by the carrier for address correction will be billed to the customer.
    • Delivery Delays: Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery, and Bro Code cannot assume responsibility for any inconvenience arising from such delays.

Address Verification Recommendations

  • To ensure the accuracy of your order details, we encourage customers to utilize address verification tools available at checkout. Doing so can help to prevent issues related to incorrect or incomplete addresses, allowing for a seamless and efficient shipping experience.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, The Bro Code Brand is no longer responsible for its security or retrieval. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend taking the following steps:
    • Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout was correct
    • Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff who may have accepted the package on your behalf
    • Contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) to file a claim or locate the package
  • Please note:
    • The Bro Code Brand does not refund or replace orders that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier
    • Filing a theft or loss claim with the shipping carrier is the customer's responsibility
    • For added security on future purchases, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or signature confirmation, where available

Returns Policy

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy unless an item is damaged or defective. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt and qualify only if items are unworn, in original condition, with tags intact, and packaged as received or equivalent.
  • To qualify for a full refund, all items received as part of a promotion (including free gifts with purchase) must be included with the return. If any promotional items are not returned, the retail value of those items will be deducted from the refund amount, or the return may be denied.

Return Request Process:

    • Order number
    • Clear photographs of the damage or defect
    • Brief description of the issue

Return Approval:

  • Each return request is individually reviewed by our team. Only approved returns will be accepted; unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refund or return shipping.

Return Shipping:

  • For approved returns, The Bro Code Brand provides a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are issued solely for approved returns of items deemed damaged or defective. Following inspection, eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • For partial returns of damaged or defective items, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund corresponding to the affected portion of the order.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges

  • Customers are eligible to request an exchange within 2 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email thebrocodebrand@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery and include the following:
    • Order number
    • Purchased size and color
    • Requested size
  • Please note the following terms:
    • Exchanges are only permitted for size, not color, and are subject to available inventory
    • 10% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges
    • Customers are responsible for both return shipping to our warehouse and reshipment costs for the replacement item
    • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
    • Any visible signs of wear may result in denial of the exchange
    • Unapproved items sent in hopes of exchange may be denied and will not be returned

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • All orders placed through The Bro Code Brand are considered final. Due to our streamlined fulfillment process, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been submitted. This includes requests made prior to shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Upon confirmation of considerable damage or defect, we will offer a full refund or replacement based on product availability.

Considerable Damage:

  • Returns are applicable only for damage that affects more than 20% of the item’s appearance or functionality. Minor imperfections, such as slight stitching irregularities, do not meet the threshold for considerable damage.

Additional Terms

Sale Items:

  • All sales on discounted or promotional items are final and ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Packaging Requirements:

  • All returns must be shipped in original or equivalent protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
