Shipping FAQ:

Shipping Times

Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless they are a PRE-ORDER. PRE-ORDERS can take 6-8 weeks to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided during checkout for an estimate of when your order will arrive.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods to choose from at checkout, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the total weight of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will be able to view the shipping cost before you submit your order.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship our orders. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages, or damages caused during transit.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address when placing an order on our website. Please take the following steps to ensure accurate address entry:

1. Double-check your shipping address for accuracy, including the recipient's name, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and any other relevant details.

2. Ensure that your shipping address is complete and up-to-date to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

Additional Costs and Consequences:
If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address, resulting in additional costs or complications for the delivery, BRO CODE reserves the right to pass on these additional charges to the customer. These charges may include, but are not limited to:

1. Return Shipping Fees: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

2. Re-shipment Fees: In cases where a package is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped to the correct address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment fees.

3. Address Correction Fees: If we are charged by the carrier for address correction, the customer will be billed for these additional charges.

4. Delayed Delivery: Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery, and BRO CODE is not responsible for any inconvenience or consequences arising from such delays.

Address Verification:
We strongly encourage customers to use address verification tools or services provided during the checkout process to confirm the accuracy of their shipping address. This can help prevent any issues related to incorrect address entry.

 

Refunds FAQ:

We have a no-return policy, which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL after receiving your item.

Returns are only eligible for defective or damaged products. In this event, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and a clear image of the damage or defect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll communicate with you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
If/when the return is accepted, a new item will be sent out once the former item is received. This will occur at no additional cost to the customer. The customer is, however, responsible for paying return shipping cost. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
